Service Description

I'm a qualified Swedish and Sports massage therapist with an extensive training in Deep Tissue techniques. Pick your favourite type or I can blend a mix of techniques to deliver an excellent session where you can fully relax but I work on those tight muscles and painful knots as well. Massage is great for general health and wellbeing and helps you to tap into the parasympathetic branch of your autonomic nervous system - this is responsible for resting, digesting, healing and reproducing. If your goal is only relaxation, feeling happy and healthy, I recommend you massage, but if you have something more specific goal in mind: getting rid of pain, maximising your range of motion, increasing your vagal tone, getting a lymphatic system boost, then I recommend you to check out my other services.
